Sport specific training training is practical for teenagers, adults, ranked players and in particular all competitive athletes and pro players.

It has often been proven that a regularly accompanying fitness with endurance training is optimal in order to reach a balanced and especially stronger physical and psychological performance... .

Injuries during and after the game usually are the result of too weak or incorrectly trained/used muscles. We can improve your performance together by preventatively training your weak points and by further restricting existing problems and/or signs of wear.

Core Training: optimal warm-up through exercises for small muscle groups with a positive influence on the larger muscle groups, as, for example, hip, shoulder, leg and back muscles.

Dynamic Agility Training to prevent injuries prior to the game. Muscles and joints are optimally prepared for all movement sequences in the game and performance is significantly improved.

Coordination Training by mobilization and strengthening exercises, sprints, jumping and reaction exercises to optimize the athletic level in the areas of speed, agility and coordination.

Preventative Training to strengthen and build up the predominantly used muscles with special exercises for the back, shoulders, torso, arms, etc.

Special Nutritional Advice. No peak performance can be reached without the proper "fuel"...
